Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past three years, I've been in the healthcare field. I've had numerous rolls so far including DSP, Home Health Aide, and CNA, all dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, prepare meals, manage medications, and offer mobility assistance. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. My approach is patient, compassionate, and empathetic. I prioritize earning trust and effectively de-escalate stressful situations, handle confusion, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I have a high school degree and am eager to support your family, because I believe everyone deserves compassionate care.
