About Nia

Hi! My name is Nia, and I have over 5 years of experience working with children in both school and in home settings. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Services, which has helped me understand child development and how to support children with different needs. Most of my experience has been in school settings with children from kindergarten through middle school, and I specialize in working with children on the autism spectrum. I have provided one on one support, helped with emotional regulation, social skills, academics, routines, and positive behavior support. I am calm, patient, dependable, and caring, and I believe every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and encouraged.
