Hi! My goals as a Nanny are to take care of children, help them grow, and watch them have fun! It's important to me to have a wonderful relationship with both the children, and family that I work for. If I had to describe myself in five adjectives I would say that I am dependable, honest, patient, understanding & kind. I have teaching experience from Tutor Time where I was the Lead Toddler Teacher for five years before moving from WA to NV. I learned how to create curriculum and track milestones there. But, I also held an infant for the very first time & became a diaper changing pro! Haha!! Before I became a lead, I got to work with all the age groups from infants to school agers. I've worked with anywhere between 4-12 kids at a time. I learned about different behaviors, and each child's needs, while also memorizing all special dietary and allergy restrictions. I was super frustrated because I have to pay a fee when I work, my regular sitter keeps canceling on me last minute, and I admittedly took all my frustrations out on Nia. She had asked for the address days in advance, I forgot to send it until 15minutes before I needed her to be there. Turns out she lives in a different city. Absolute miscommunication on my end. Grateful I reached out to Nia again. Thank you for being patient with me while I learn to navigate being a single mother, for taking such GREAT care of my babies, and for helping me when I was in a tough spot. Needless to say my kids adored you! Your the absolute best
