About Nia

With six years of experience supporting students in Howard County, I bring a warm, student-centered approach to learning. I have worked extensively with children who have 504 plans and IEPs, as well as students with emotional disabilities through specialized programs. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt instruction to a wide range of learning styles, behavioral needs, and support plans. I strive to create an encouraging and supportive environment where students feel confident and understood. Whether we're working toward specific IEP goals, strengthening academic skills, or focusing on areas that need extra attention, I tailor each session to meet your child's unique needs. My goal is to help every student build the tools and confidence they need to thrive in school.
