I have been a stay at home mom of 4 kids and a few dogs for 25 years. I was a swim meet director for 7 years and I implemented a reading comprehension program for struggling elementary school students. I am entering the second phase of my life, moving from caring for children to caring for adults. I find great joy in simply being of service to fellow humans beings. I am particularly passionate about helping seniors as I feel honored to be able to provide relief and companionship as they navigate the changes in their life. In my spare time I like cuddling with my dogs, jigsaw puzzles, reading, walking with friends, sitting in my beach chair at Rosario, Bananagrams, and detective shows. I am an immensely empathetic person with a heart for helping and a penchant for leading with kindness and integrity.

Niabi came to us through a family friend, & in addition her family & our family were longtime friends. That fact brought us together, but I think she would care for anyone she didn't know in the same way. My Dad had a hip replacement surgery last year & as my Moms primary care giver he couldn't do it.... My Mom needed 24 hour care, mobility issues, transferring from the lift chair to a wheelchair, to the bathroom & back.. sometimes 8-10 times a day/night. She worked with us for about 2 months during the day, was always on time, very engaged with my mother, very caring in her way with her, thoughtful & organized. She very much helped us out in a particular difficult moment of crisis. My Mother passed away a few months ago & Niabi spoke at her memorial.. it was clear she had made a deep connection with my Mom. I'll be eternally grateful to her. Highly recommended.
