Hello! I'm Nia, an experienced child care provider with a passion for creating enriching experiences for children. My background includes leading summer camps and being a key figure in YMCA's before and afterschool programs. During the challenges of COVID, I took on the role of supervising virtual schooling, ensuring a seamless transition to online learning. My versatility extends to being a substitute kindergarten teacher and a dedicated tutor for a local elementary school. I've witnessed the joy of those "aha" moments when young minds grasp new concepts. With a focus on ages 5 to 12, I strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where every child feels valued. Beyond caregiving, I bring a personal touch to the table.
