About Ngozi

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my primary goal. With 20 years experience in teaching and child care, as a certified Montessori teacher I specialize in making Math and English accessible and engaging. I believe every student learns differently, so I actively observe your child's unique style to tailor my approach, whether through visual aids or hands-on practice. When concepts feel difficult, I break them into manageable steps and connect lessons to real-world interests to build momentum. I prioritize clear communication with parents to ensure we are a collaborative team in your child's success. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a new skill and gains newfound confidence. I am truly passionate about creating a supportive environment where your child feels excited to learn and grow every single day.
