About Nevedha

Hi! My name is Nevedha. I'm a mental health therapist and a nanny. I am delighted to offer the opportunity to work with your kiddos to learn emotional regulation, help facilitate communication and assist with their homework and engage with them in a creative capacity while caring for them both as a mothers helper or a nanny. As a mental health therapist, I have knowledge in how to incorporate coping skills, cognitive behavioral therapy techniques distress tolerance and emotional regulation techniques to help your children become their best selves with confidence in their ability to cope with whatever life throws their way. I have 6 years of experience working with kids in the mental health field and I will care for your kids with the kindness, patience and love as I would my daughter.
