About Nevaeh

I love working with kids because I have 15 younger cousins and have helped care for each one. Growing up in a big family made me very family oriented and dependable, especially when babysitting outside my home. I first started working with children through my grandmother, who ran an in-home daycare. As a teen, I was paid to help during lunch, dinner, and nap time, and was trusted to keep the kids both entertained and safe. That experience taught me how to handle different ages and personalities, always making sure the environment was fun, respectful, and secure. Over time, I developed strong childcare skills that allow me to step into any situation with confidence. My strengths include patience, communication, and engagement. I stay calm and understanding, even in challenging moments. I'm great at listening to both parents and children, clearly communicating expectations, and keeping kids active, learning, and happy through fun, creative, age-appropriate activities.
