About Nevaeh

Hi! My name is Nevaeh and I am a nursing student at NMSU with a passion for caring for others. I have experience working with infants and young children through both professional and personal settings. I previously worked at Discovery Child Development Center caring for children in a daycare environment and helping create a safe, engaging space for them to learn and grow. I currently work as a nurse intern at Mountain View Regional Medical Center, where I have experience assisting in postpartum and NICU units. This has strengthened my skills in infant care, safety awareness, and attentiveness to children's needs. I also grew up helping care for my younger sister and cousins and enjoy engaging children in activities like reading, creative play, and outdoor time. I am CPR and First Aid certified and comfortable with light housekeeping, simple meal prep, developmental play, and bedtime routines. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for children!
