Unreliable - not recommended. I hired Nevaeh to be my disabled daughter's full-time nanny. At first Nevaeh presented well, but things quickly unraveled. She worked only 9 days (calling out sick for 2 of them) then quit by text and wouldn't speak to me on the phone. She never returned my house keys, despite my asking several times, so I had to pay someone to change the locks. Not recommended.
