About Nettie

I have been a caregiver since 1978 working at Woodbine Developmental Center, nursing home, and with private pay clients. I have experience in lifting, bathing, dressing, administering medicine, first aid, physical therapy, feeding, and incontinence care. I have worked with people who suffer from dementia, Parkinson's, cancer, stroke, heart failure, diabetes, and lung disease as well as many other areas. I also have experience with lift machines, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs, walkers, etc... I loved what I do and helping others. I consider myself to be a polite, trustworthy, and professional caregiver with excellent responsiveness and listening skills. I always make sure I am comfortable with my client and that they are satisfied with the care I provide, I give my clients courtesy and respect at all times and try to give them as much independence as possible. I work closely with residents and home management to ensure a safe and peaceful home environment.
