About Nerissa

Hi Families! I know how important child care is, and how hard it is to find a trustworthy child care provider. So, let me tell you a little about me. I have always loved children, and this love for children led me to pursue a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am currently working as a UPK teacher in Riverhead, NY. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, and have extensive experience working with children of all ages, more specifically 2-6 years old. I am able to prepare meals, do light housekeeping, homework help, bathe children and get them ready for bed. I am extremely patient and loving with children. I like to build positive connections with children, by planning fun and engaging activities for them. It truly takes a village to raise a child, and my love of children, trustworthiness and dependability will prove to be a great addition to your family.
