I hold a college degree and provide services ranging from respite care and transportation to dementia care and medical management. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular calls.
