About Nelly

Hi! My name is Nelly, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare professional with over 8 years of experience working with children ranging from infants to middle schoolers. Working with children has always been something I genuinely love, and I feel incredibly lucky to have a career where I can make a positive difference in their lives. I have an Associate's Degree in Child Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, which have helped me develop a strong understanding of children's development, emotions, and individual needs. I believe every child is unique, and I always try to meet them where they are with patience, kindness, understanding, and lots of encouragement. I'm also happy to help make life a little easier for parents by assisting with light housekeeping, tidying up after the children, organizing play areas, or helping with other small household tasks when needed. I'm flexible and always happy to help wherever I can.
