This isn’t just a job for Nellie. The families she nannies for become her family. Nellie is truly one of the most genuine and kindest people I have ever met. She is so attentive to children and does an incredible job of setting boundaries while being compassionate and empathetic. Her attention is always on the children and she goes above and beyond the scope of her job description. She pours her heart into helping others by the way she plans fun outings for kids, supporting parents, and becoming a true friend. Nellie is worth her weight in gold and any family would be so lucky to have her nanny for them.
