About Nellie

Hi! I'm a rising junior at Stanford University studying Data Science and Math. I began babysitting in 7th grade and have since developed a passion for making a positive impact on children's lives. I have extensive experience working with special needs populations and currently serve as co-president and basketball director of Kids with Dreams, a student organization that provides inclusive sports and educational programming to over 100 families of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities each week. Growing up in a family of History and English educators sparked my passion for learning, and I have shared this passion as a tutor over the past year for all kinds of subjects, building both confidence and academic success. I'm eager to help with homework, light cooking, transportation, and pet care, and I bring a flexible, adaptable approach to every family I work with.
