About Nellie

I have been involved in child/family care for decades & have worked with, & cared for, newborns to teens throughout the years as a nursery supervisor, an in-home babysitter/nanny, a classroom instructional aide, an elementary school tutor, a behavioral health clinical assessor and family & direct support provider, a children's crisis responder, a behavior intervention group facilitator, a respite provider, and a behavior technician. I have experience with newborns, typically developing children/teens, those with learning impairments, and children/teens with an ASD diagnosis. I am CPR and First Aid certified, am bilingual, have excellent communication & skills-building abilities and I love working with children. I am generally detail oriented and value nurturing intellect & teaching creativity. I love animals, I have reliable transportation, & I do not drink or smoke .
