Nelitza has been a lifesaver! I have never hired a housekeeper before, and she has been so thoughtful and professional while explaining what jobs she has experience handling. I was insecure about hiring someone since I don't have kids, but she she is so kind, and non-judgemental. She shows up on time and knocks everything off my list! She is self-sufficient and handles things on her own while I work. She literally just shows up and makes my life easier, and leaves me happy with a clean home. I highly recommend her!
