With a graduate degree and over 10 years of experience, I'm a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide passionate about supporting adults and seniors. My skills include CPR Training and First Aid Training. I provide services such as errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities into care. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections.
