About Neleya

Hi, my name is Neleya, and I'm excited for the opportunity to work with your family! I have over 4 years of childcare experience, including working as a preschool teacher's aide and a Registered Behavior Technician, where I've supported children of all ages, including those with special needs. I'm a patient and supportive caregiver who enjoys helping children feel confident and understood. I love incorporating creativity into daily routines through activities like arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor play. I'm currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, which continues to strengthen my understanding of child development. I value open communication with families and strive to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for every child.
