My previous babysitting roles have solidified my love for caregiving, and I believe in open communication with parents, using their preferred method, to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children to encourage learning and fun.
