About Neissa

My interest in caregiving developed early. I saw how hard it was for families, especially those with children with special needs, to find support that truly understood children who require patience and flexibility-especially when every child's routines or communication look different. Helping care for my autistic siblings was the beginning. That experience shaped my path through a B. S. in Public Health and into education and clinical roles at my university, where I worked closely with students and patients in settings that required me to apply what I studied about development and behavior. As a result, I am educated and experienced in recognizing and handling the social, academic, and personal challenges children encounter. I am BLS/CPR certified and comfortable supporting children across a spectrum of strengths and needs, whether advancing beyond expectations or requiring foundational support. My approach is grounded in bridging parents and children so both feel confident and secure.
