About Neisha

Becoming a caregiver allows me to support families and offer them reliable childcare. I have two years of experience caring for children ages 4-5 and 12+. My approach is patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games. I also follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and regular texts or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. I am comfortable caring for one child and can help with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. I have some college experience and current CPR Training. I'm conversational in Spanish, too. Ultimately, I believe in creating a nurturing and fun environment where your child can thrive, and I look forward to discussing how I can best support your family.
