Neisha is an AMAZING caretaker. I remember when I simply needed a small get away with my hubby for a night. This was just a few months after I have birth. She actually spent the night at my home, and took care of everything. I came back to a happy, bubbly baby. My home was intact and I got much needed time away with peace of mind. She is punctual, kind, and has excellent communication skills. Did I mention she is FLUENT in Spanish as well as English? The list goes on and on. I would let her care for my son again in a heartbeat!
