Ms. Neilimar has been a wonderful help in keeping our home organized and running smoothly. She is always punctual, professional, and pays great attention to the smallest details. She takes care of our daily household needs—including general housekeeping, laundry, light vacuuming, and food prep—and frequently takes the initiative to clean and organize areas without even being asked. Although we don't speak the same language, communication has never been a barrier. Early on, we used ChatGPT or Gemini to chat, but Nelly has been actively learning English and now understands almost everything asked of her day-to-day.
