About Neha

One thing you should know about me is that during the day I have the opportunity to work with students in an early childhood setting, I've been working in the education field since 2018 and currently work with students ages 3 to 4! It's such a amazing role where there is so much growth, I enjoy planning centers and activities to keep children engaged! I would love to hear more about your children's interests to cater to their needs more ! My skills include being a friend first, my first step is making sure that the child feels like they have a relationship with me and that they can trust me and feel comfortable enough to reach out when they need something. After that is setting boundaries as well, reminding them that I wanna have fun with them, but also I need to keep their body safe. Third it's remembering that the time that I have with them is valuable, it's times where they'll learn social skills and a time where I really get to cater to their needs.
