Nitzy is an incredible nanny. She has taken care of my daughter for a little over two years. When we met Nitzy, my daughter was 1 1/2 years old at the time and not used to new people, but she loved Nitzy from the moment she saw her. I think she sensed that Nitzy was someone who is great with children. Nitzy thought far ahead to the development milestones my daughter needed to meet, and worked with us all to help my daughter meet them. As a first-time parent, I found that invaluable. Nitzy always had a plan for the week so my daughter would have an amazing time with her. I never worried when they left the house because Nitzy watches my daughter as if she were her own. On trips to the library and zoo, Nitzy worked with my daughter on socializing with other kids and my daughter blossomed under her care. She kept us updated throughout the day with pictures and texts. She's caring, trustworthy, punctual, reliable, patient and fun-- the perfect combination of qualities in a nanny. We were lucky to work with Nitzy.
