About Neenah

My name is Neenah, and I've been providing care for over 10 years. My experience spans nursing homes, private care, and recovery facilities. I always approach caregiving with the mindset of what I would want for my own loved ones when they need care. Over the years, I've gained hands-on experience with tasks such as operating manual and automatic hoyer lifts, providing medication reminders, showering assistance, grocery shopping, incontinence care, companionship, wound care, meal preparation (both with and without client assistance), and hospice care. Through this experience, I've learned that while technical skills are essential, true caregiving requires mental preparation and emotional resilience. Every client is unique, and being able to learn quickly and adapt to their needs is key. I find it especially rewarding to provide care in a client's home, as it creates a safe and comfortable space where the client can guide me in delivering the care they truly need.
