Altogether, I bring approximately 20 yrs of experience in both childcare and adult care. My approach to childcare is grounded in Montessori principles/differentiated instruction, thoughtfully tailored to each child's unique needs. These foundational approaches help children reach their full potential, not only in learning, but in learning how to learn. Along the way, children build confidence, teamwork skills, independence, a strong sense of identity & personality, fastened securely! Whether I am caring for children with special needs, neurodivergent children, or those not on the spectrum, these developmental preschool approaches support a wide range of learning styles and abilities. I joyfully incorporate STEM concepts and educational enrichment through play, dancing, singing, and hands-on exploration. It has been incredibly rewarding to see children I once nannied grow into astrophysicists, doctors, and engineers, proof that big dreams often start with small, curious questions
