So Neely isn’t bad when it comes to babysitting at all, but if your job involves you needing to be ungodly reliable don’t hire. In the couple months of her working for me she’d call off several times, and eventually switched her availability at the drop of a hat. I’m a mom who works in healthcare and all I was asking for was 3 hours a week to be covered.
