On Nedra’s first day, she abruptly left early. She stated that she would call my grandmother tomorrow and that she would return to care for her the following day. Nedra then contacted my grandmother stating she would not be able to provide care for the rest of the week, but she would return next week. The following week, after several attempts at contacting her, Nedra still did not return to care for my grandmother. She abandoned my grandparents and left them without care.
