About NeCiara

Nurturing a child's potential is my lifelong passion, fueled by 20 years of dedicated experience. My background includes a graduate degree & extensive Early Childhood Education, which informs my patient and creative approach to care. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure a safe environment for up to four children. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, exploring educational games, or utilizing technology-based learning, I prioritize your child's growth. I was a Certified Nursing Assistant so I'm happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I value open communication and will always follow your preferred method for daily updates. I strictly adhere to your established household rules to ensure consistency. Building lasting, meaningful relationships with the families I support is the most rewarding part of my journey, and I look forward to becoming a trusted part of your family's life.
