About Nechama

Hi, my name is Nechama! I'm 26 years old and have been working with kids for many years. I grew up in a big family and started babysitting at age 12, which gave me lots of hands-on experience with children of all ages. Over the years, I've worked as a classroom assistant, floater, babysitter, and even an errand runner--so I know how to step in wherever I'm needed. I am very patient and intuitive when it comes to understanding children's needs, and I make it a priority to be fully present while I'm with them. I enjoy doing activities that keep kids engaged, whether that's playing, reading, or helping with homework. I also spent a couple of years working in early childhood education, which helped me strengthen my skills in caring for little ones. I'm currently working at Trader Joe's but am looking for opportunities to babysit and lend a helping hand outside of that. Families can count on me to be reliable, caring, and attentive
