Nearra accepted the position and then never responded to our messages on care.com or text messages about meeting her for the start date we determined. She did not show for the first day, gave no notice via text or message through care that she was not going to be there or that she was no longer interested in the position. Also did not respond to voicemail messages left this morning. Incredibly disappointing. Can not be relied upon.
