I was very disappointed with my experience. She abruptly resigned after my POA raised a minor concern regarding my bed bath. She later reapplied for the same role and confirmed that she could meet the required schedule and responsibilities. However, only a few hours later, she stated that she would not be available the remainder of the week and would not return until the following week. The inconsistency in her communication and commitments made it difficult to depend on her for a position that requires reliability and consistency. Some of her text communication also came across as dismissive and lacked professionalism. Based on my experience, I felt there was limited consideration for how sudden changes in availability and employment decisions could affect the individual receiving care and the family responsible for coordinating that care.
