My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to caregiving. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for those I assist. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I have over 7 years of experience as a nursing assistant working in a hospital Intensive Care Unit, as well as hands-on experience providing hospice care at Highland Hospital. I am comfortable adapting to changing routines, managing unexpected challenges, and gently de-escalating stressful situations, including confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes. I believe strong communication is essential. I provide families with daily written reports and regular updates via text or phone, always following their preferred method of communication. I also hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. I look forward to supporting your loved one with dignity, compassion, and dependable care, while giving families peace of mind.
