I keep families informed with written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular text or phone call check-ins. Respecting my care recipients' independence is paramount. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and managing confusion. I offer respite care, run errands, shop, provide light housekeeping, prepare meals, and assist with medical management. I have some college education and certification in First Aid.
