Nav was an incredible caregiver for my mom, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. My mom was going through a particularly difficult stage of dementia, and Nav brought so much patience, warmth, and compassion to her care every single day. She didn’t simply care for my mom—she made an effort to give her a good quality of life. She cooked meals, took her on daily walks and outings, helped with bathing, and spent time keeping her engaged when she was bored or anxious. She also helped my mom with the TV and electronics, which was incredibly helpful. Nav was also wonderful about helping around the house. She did light housekeeping, helped keep things tidy and organized, and even took the time to water the plants. She was always willing to pitch in wherever she could, which was such a tremendous help to our family. Nav was fantastic about communicating with me. She regularly sent texts, called me, and sent pictures throughout the day. Knowing what my mom was doing and seeing pictures of her gave me tremendous peace of mind, especially when I couldn’t be there myself. Nav was dependable, caring, patient, and incredibly attentive to my mom’s individual needs. She handled the difficult moments of dementia with grace and never made my mom feel like a burden. She treated her with genuine respect and kindness. I feel very lucky that Nav was part of my mom’s care. She went above and beyond in every way, and I would highly recommend her to any family looking for a compassionate, trustworthy, and exceptional caregiver.
