This is the most irresponsible girl I’ve ever dealt with. Be careful — she is probably doing this systematically because she pulled the exact same stunt on me twice. The first time, we agreed on everything. We scheduled her start date, finalized the details, and even had a video meeting. She didn’t show up on the first day and only informed me on the day she was supposed to start. I asked her what happened and when she would actually be able to come — and she chose to ignore me. Some time later, I was looking for help again and reached out to her through the app (I contacted everyone who had posted and fit my budget). We scheduled again. We spoke, confirmed the day and time, and finalized everything. I specifically asked her not to do the same thing she did the previous time and asked if she was serious enough to actually start working. She said yes. She told me she would message me Friday morning before arriving at 2:30 PM as we agreed. I arranged my entire schedule accordingly. She never messaged. I started to worry, so I texted her an hour before she was supposed to arrive asking if she was coming. That’s when she told me she had a long flight and didn’t have money for an Uber. I don’t understand who flies to Bali without having money for an Uber, and why you would schedule a job if you already know you don’t even have a way to get there. That’s extreme irresponsibility. She sent me a message apologizing that she couldn’t come. I was very upset. This is the second time she stood me up — after I explicitly made sure she wouldn’t do it again. She is completely irresponsible. And when I confronted her about her behavior and told her it was not acceptable to leave me hanging like that, she tried to turn it around on me in a very narcissistic way. I am extremely disappointed. Very low level behavior.
