Nattanya was super organized and very sweet. She is very experienced and anticipated questions/problems that we hadn't even considered. My mom was recovering from surgery and Nattanya considered safety first. It was also a plus that she cleaned. Nattanya is a CNA and studying to be an RN and her seriousness with medications, my mom's movement, and the like gave us peace of mind. My mom really liked Nattanya which is saying alot as my mom is rather cranky;)
