Natique, who we called Quee for short . We are forever grateful for the care Quee provided for my mom during a very difficult time for our family\. She was always punctual, dependable, and incredibly flexible\. As Mom’s needs increased, Quee willingly picked up extra hours and was always willing to communicate and work with our family to make sure Mom had what she needed\. What stood out most was the genuine compassion she showed my mom\. Mom was often distraught and needed someone at her bedside simply to hold her hand and reassure her\. Quee was there\. She didn’t just complete the tasks of caregiving; she gave Mom comfort and companionship when she needed it most\. When a physical therapist showed us some very gentle range\-of\-motion exercises and recommended doing them once a day, Quee immediately took the initiative to incorporate them into her care without needing to be reminded\. She also kept meticulous notes about everything Mom ate and drank and anything important that happened during her shift\. That attention to detail gave our family tremendous peace of mind\. In the short time Quee cared for my mom, she became more than a caregiver\. She became part of our family\. Her kindness, reliability, initiative, and genuine concern for Mom meant more to us than I can put into words\. We will always be grateful that Quee was there for Mom and for our family when we needed her most\. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver\.
