I contacted Natalie (NATO) during a very difficult time. My aunt who had been living alone for most of her 94 years. Had ventured outside during one of her sundowner moments and fallen. She was taken to the hospital where it was determined she could no longer live on her own. I called Natalie that next morning in a panic. She arrived that afternoon and began work that evening. She continually made suggestions to improve the quality of my aunt’s life. She honestly has the patience of a Saint for my aunt was not an easy woman to deal with.She treated her with dignity as one of her medical issues included a colonoscopy bag that needed to be cleaned/ changed several times a day. She fed her, bathed her, made sure her medication was taken,cleaned her home,did laundry, picked up prescriptions. Anything that needed to be done she did. She is very honest and trustworthy when my aunt forgot where she put her money and jewelry Natalie found it and returned it to me. I can’t thank her enough for that, as these were irreplaceable treasures. She is extremely knowledgeable and will take the best care of your loved one making suggestions to improve their wellbeing and quality of life. When my aunt became home bound Natalie stayed with her during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays even organized a party to celebrate the new year for my aunt who was a very social person. She once told me I promise I will care for your aunt like she’s my own and she did exactly that.
