About Nathan

Hello! My name is Nathan, I'm in the process of a name change so my profile reflects my current legal name. I am nonbinary and use they/them pronouns. I have 7 years of experience with private childcare, with all ages from infant and up, including experience with disabilities and chronic illness. My approach is to relate authentically to each child as a whole person with their own ideas. I take pride in my patience during meltdowns/emotional overwhelm and enjoy helping the child regulate. I love this work and feel so fulfilled by being a consistent and supportive adult for the children in my care. I love engaging in creative play and prefer to work completely with no screens and limited electronic toys. I look forward to hearing from your family!
