About Nathaly

I am a trustworthy and dedicated child care provider with over three years of experience working at Compass Academy in their before and after care program, as well as their summer camp. In this role, I've had the opportunity to work with children of all ages between 3-11 and personalities, building strong, meaningful bonds with each child. I pride myself on being patient, attentive, and nurturing, always putting the safety and emotional well-being of the children first. I also have experience in babysitting, where I've earned the trust of families by being reliable and genuinely caring. I truly enjoy working with kids, their big personalities, creativity, and unique perspectives make every day rewarding. Forming connections with them comes naturally to me, and I strive to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where they feel valued and understood.
