About Nathalie

My passion for working with young adults began in 1996 while I was still in high school, supporting special education students, and has continued ever since. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with young adults of all abilities--helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and discover their strengths. I love creating opportunities for growth, whether through academics, job readiness, social skills, or daily living activities. My heart is in this work because I believe every young adult deserves to be seen for their potential, valued for who they are, and encouraged to reach their goals. Seeing their achievements, big or small, is the greatest reward, and I'm committed to making a positive difference in every life I touch.
