Hi, my name is Nathalie and I am 40 years old and I have over 20years of experience caring for children of all age groups. I am originally from Germany and my journey started as an Au-pair. In my previous role as a caregiver to a busy family of 4, with children in diverse stages of development, I learned how difficult it can be to manage the varying needs of children in different age groups.
