Hi! My name is Nathalie and I am an eighth year teacher! I graduated from DePaul University with a degree in elementary education, a minor in Bilingual/ESL studies and a concentration in Spanish. I am bilingual and have experience working in diverse classrooms across the city and suburbs for the past six years. I have worked in summer camps for two years, nannied for families in Riverside and LaGrange for over three years, and have worked in a daycare with ages 6 weeks to 5 years old! I also worked in a variety of preschools in my four years of college. I have valid background checks through Cicero School District 99 and am DCFS certified. I am available evenings during the week and weeknights this summer! I am currently a special education teacher with my masters in Social Emotional Learning!

We 1st met Nathalie 6/2015 when she was the summer camp counselor for our 4 yr old daughter. We loved her so much we asked her to babysit one day a week during the school year so I could work. She took an active interest in my children and their different interests such as art,music, the outdoors and found a way to balance her time doing things they love while caring for all three of them. My children are close in age so it is a lot to manage! They are 5, 3 and she started watching the youngest when he was three months old. (Now 10 mths). I trust her to take them on excursions to the park, zoo, library, etc. she is studying to be a teacher and you can tell because of her patience and understanding of child development. She is warm caring intelligent and calm which is needed when my three-year-old has meltdowns, or the baby misses mommy. I recommend her wholeheartedly!!
