I'm a nonsmoker with 20 consecutive years of professional domestic experience, looking for a family with a great sense of humor, laid back, big on communication, and loves the outdoors. I'm open-minded and welcoming of all families (LGBT, high-profile, single parents, etc).

I also have years of experience as a personal assistant, home manager, housekeeper, organizer, cook, companion, pet care, and transporting. I'm tech and social media savvy, musically inclined, thinks outside the box, and a problem solver. Certified a life coach and I love riddles (random fun fact).

Clean background/driving records, vaccinated, CPR training, I own 2 vehicles, with references available.

Nate was absolutely incredible with my boys(6y,4y,9m)! This was the first time I have ever left my kids in someone else's care outside of family. I was so nervous but after speaking with her and my kids the first day I was able to completely relax and trust that she was caring for my kids the way I would.  She was able to get everyone from school (3 different places), prepare dinner, help with homework, go through their bedtime routine and have them down by 7:30. She also helped me learn how to correct my middle son's behavior issues with methods I am still using with him. I would definitely hire her again and I will very soon!

Nate is great!
She always had positive energy when she came to my home. My kids loved her, and our dog. She started with organizing my home, then housekeeping, and a few errands (drop off/pick up dry cleaning, shopping for home items we were low on, and coming to the home to let vendors in to do repairs, etc).
Eventually we parted ways due to Nate exploring an opportunity that came her way, co-hosting a radio show! She gave me an open-ended notice, which I appreciated because I didn't have to rush to find a replacement in a short time frame. In fact, she searched on this site for me to find a replacement, and my new home assistant just started last week.

Nate provided emergency care for my two children as we suddenly found ourselves without a sitter this past week. Nate is upbeat, friendly, and very professional. My kids seemed at ease with her and all went well. Thanks, Nate! 

I just wanted to say, Nate has been absolutely amazing for our family. From day one, she came right in and got right to it. Right to everything! I haven't had to really ask her for anything, she's just so awesome, it's like she knows what I want and what needs to be done. If we're running low on something, she goes out and gets it. If there is something I forgot to put away, she's on top of it. My household has been running so smoothly since she's come into our lives.

Nate is great with kids. I observed her while she was nannying for an 8 month old baby. Nate loves children and loves her job. She is very helpful. I would trust her with my 2 very young children.

My kids LOVE Nate! My daughter runs to the door with glee when she arrives, and my 1 yr old son, who doesn't like to be held by many, curls up on her in complete bliss. Nate is very self-directed, and requires no guidance. She loves organizing picnics and play dates with the kids, cooking for them, and taking them to the park.  Nate is extremely reliable and hard-working. She also often checks in with us on the weekend to see how the kiddos are doing. 

I contacted her according to her advertised skills and salary requirements.  Someone who's 1st question is "how much do you pay?" Is a turn off because they are willing to look at salary before hearing benefits or responsibilities.  As a professional nurse I frequently have employers contact me asking if I would consider new opportunities even if I had not been looking.  Only after an interview and questioning them about their company and benefits and responsibilities am I willing to listen to salary offers.  I never ask or reveal what I make currently.  She also encouraged the caregiver I had call to schedule the interview, to quit working for me.  She has been with my family for 6 years and couldn't be happier, especially with unexpected bonuses several times a year.  Nate was very unprofessional and in under 5 minutes showed that she is not the type usually found on your site or is truly interested in caring for others.  I have found all my caregivers on this site and all have been top notch with the exception of 2 that I had to report and they were removed.  Wish I could mark "no stars"!

Nate is just a blessing to our family. We met her a few years ago when she was doing group sitting at my friend's home gathering. We reconnected with her on this site, and she's been such a joy. My daughter loves her and has called her the Super Nanny!

She's a self starter, caring, funny, and knows what she's doing (no managing needed)!

Sometimes she'll reach out on a weekend to ask how we're doing. On her day off, she has even picked up my daughter for a girls day/play date with some of the other children that she nannies for.

Nate is an amazing caregiver! She's great with my 3.5 year old daughter - she's firm but kind and helps reinforce her manners, politeness, etc. My daughter loves spending time with her. She established a routine from day 1 by taking the kids on long walks and to the playground each morning. She's also wonderful with my 3 month old son - it is clear that she has a lot of experience with babies. Before she came to us, he wasn't on a schedule at all and now he's taking consistent naps each day. I'm so happy to have met Nate and hope to work with her for a long time!

Such a bubbly person. I love her personality and my little girl loved her.
