Natasha looked after our two girls (ages 5 and 2) this past summer. She was WONDERFUL! They took to her immediately. She was kind and fun and quickly (but gently) nipped in the bud behavior that was a no go (e.g., picking up our younger daughter and removing her from the scene if she pulled her sister’s hair.) She was also great at keeping them active and outdoors (no screens!) and very independent in managing meals, snacks, diapers for our little one, and what have you. Overall I really enjoyed working with her and very quickly trusted her with our children.
